My Thoughts:
Why call this project snow flakes. As clique as it sounds, every tree is unique and different from every other one(much like snowflakes). But I feel when we enjoy trees many people choose to look up at the beautiful flowers and leaves that cover the tops of them. Or down at the complicated maze like root systems that sprawl across the ground like snakes. But for this project I wanted to focus at what was eye level, take a look at some of the amazing pictures nature paints with the cracks, moss, fungus, and textures of the bark of trees. Each picture is almost taken at my eye level and is a very zoomed in detailed look at what I can see just from looking forward at a tree. In total I collected about 26 photos of 26 individual trees.
